Hi, everything's good, thanks. For now, I'm not giving out the voxel file. If I see that people are asking for it a lot, I'll put it up, but I usually avoid doing that because people make modifications, etc.
I bought this asset yesterday and just opened it on Unity, and the color of the car is all black and weird. I don't have a color like the picture and I can't tell what car it is, but if there's no way to solve it, I'd like to get a refund.
All the cars are fine and without any problems. In fact, there are reviews about the product. No one has ever reported anything to me, including those who have purchased it, and nothing has been modified in any of the files. So there is no problem, and I have just checked that everything is fine.

you are placing the wrong texture....That is the texture of the wheel and you are placing it on the car.
i didn't place anything though. It was like this when i opened the file in unity. If you give me your email, I'll send you the file
Please make sure you understand how it works before accusing that it doesn't work, as that gives me a bad reputation. It's one thing if you don't know how to use it and quite another if it doesn't work. I just tried it for the second time and everything is fine.
I don't know why it's different from me. I didn't change anything from original setting.
You are simply doing wrong, it is not about throwing away the model, you have to put the texture on the chassis and wheels.
I'll show you how it is, from what I see you have no experience with DAE files.
Big heads up when you go to buy this pack it seems the function to do so is currently broken at the time of writing, you won't get the item you paid for which is a damn big shame because these cars look fantastic. Hopefully this issue gets noticed because at this point not sure if this is an issue with the website or the seller's paypal.
