Hey, I understand your position. I've purchased hundreds of assets from the asset store and this site for 3 years. All of them looked similar to or worked well with the pictures when I first opened them. I didn't change anything in the settings, and when I opened the files I showed them exactly what they were. If I don't need any settings to make them look normal, why don't I look like that? If you need any settings, please let me know. I didn't mean to offend you. I wanted to email you, but I couldn't find your email anywhere.

Someone who left a comment on your other asset. This asset looks equally white and I can't recognize it.
